I currently make every piece of jewerly sold on at www.humankindness.etsy.com. I use only high quality materials such as genuine freshwater pearls, semi-precious and precious stones, sterling silver and 14kt gold-filled findings.
In 2010, $1 from every sale will be donated to a charity TBD. I am still in the process of deciding which charity to support, but rest assured all 2010 sales will contribute to the selected organization. My heart is split, I feel that environmental, economic and educational charities are all equally deserving. Most likely I will end up selecting a charity that encompasses the best ideals of all three. I am heavily leaning toward Heifer International at this time, though I am not yet a large enough operation to become an "official" Heifer International corporate partner. Soon!
